Tasks:
The Conseil d'honneur can be appealed to in the event of disputes between members and decides within the framework of an exclusion procedure (§12 of the statutes). The Conseil d'honneur monitors compliance with the ECU Code of Honor.

Tasks:
The Conseil de l'Académie sets up specialist committees and works out ways for joint advertising, seminars, etc. with organisations, associations and institutions.

Members:
Any organization or association that is not allowed to become a member according to its statutes can send a representative to the Conseil de l'Académie free of charge and without any obligations.

Goal:
On the one hand to increase awareness of the ECU and its idea on the other hand to promote cooperation between the associations, organizations and institutions through cooperation agreements.
